Temazcal is a journey to the womb of mother earth. It is a steam bath used in local traditional medicine with hot volcanic stones and medicinal plants. It allows us to purify various aspects of our being such as physical, mental, and spiritual.
Guided by the breath and songs, transform your energy and experience a rebirth of your being.

Cacao
Allow yourself to be guided through a journey by your heart in this cacao ritual that will take you to a sacred encounter with your own higher self, through the spirit of cacao, the spirit of love and wisdom.
We will be offering an intimate and sacred space to welcome our hearts, to cultivate love and compassion for ourselves, our environment and all of our relationships. It is a therapy that combines the power of cacao, your open heart, with medicine of music, movement and your own breath.
